This Ideal £50 M&S voucher promotion runs between 29.01.10 and 01.08.10 or until the EST Boiler Scrappage Scheme offer expires (promoted by the EST- please contact the EST for further terms and conditions). £50 M&S voucher promoter: Ideal boilers ltd. By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Only one person per household is eligible to participate. All entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the U.K. Boilers installed before the 29.01.10 and after 01.08.10 will not qualify for the offer. The offer is only available on Logic or Logic+ A rated Ideal boilers purchased between the outlined periods above.

Vouchers are none transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. M&S vouchers will be delivered to the participant within 28 days of Ideal receiving the installer’s invoice and claim form (completed in full). Delivery notes will not be accepted as installation invoices. The invoice issued must be the receipt for the boiler installation within the specified property. Vouchers may be liable to tax and it is the responsibility of the claimant to declare this to HM Revenue & Customs. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion. The promoter reserves the right to refuse claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

£50 M&S voucher is only available for Ideal Logic boilers installed as part of the boiler scrappage scheme. All vouchers must be accompanied by the installation invoice and EST voucher.
